All Sufficient

All Sufficient
By Christine Hare Tate

God’s light shines the brightest
In my darkest hours,
His grace is sufficient
Like rain is to flowers.

God’s mercy extends far
Beyond all my dreams,
His undeserved favor
Transcends all my schemes.

God’s presence surrounds me
Like the warmth of a fire,
His will for my life
Is my greatest desire.

God’s unconditional love
Completely pardoned me;
Without His forgiveness
In bondage I’d be.

God’s faithfulness stretches
To dimensions unknown;
How grateful I am that
He calls me His own!
