The ecumenical movement…
What amazing grace that our wondrous God bestows
for no matter what we do His love forever flows.
His blessing reaches all, no matter what their faith,
so we can join with all the world to sing God’s praise.
How God loves us all; the church has come of age
No schism shall there be when in dialogue we engage.
All faiths are welcome here; God’s love will dispel all fear
so, accept the new world church, for it is very near.
Some day very soon all of us will praise
The God of every soul on earth; an anthem we shall raise.
No confrontation then, just love towards all men
For God is God of everyone Amen! Amen! Amen!

So, you think a true believer will not fall for all the above?
Well it seems in many places, sadly, they already have.
Little by little the gospel of grace is more and more diluted
Because there are so few believers left willing to protect it.
The gospel of grace alone, by faith alone through Christ alone
Will not last too long in a religion where man is on the throne.
For the sake of our children it is time to open up our eyes,
The ecumenical movement is not God’s truth, but the devil’s lies!
For a quiet life we can play the game, but how far are we willing to go?
If we know Jesus as our Saviour, we must take a stand and say – NO!
‘Do not be yoked together with unbelievers.
For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common?
Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?
What harmony is there between Christ and Belial?
What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?
For we are the temple of the living God.
As God has said: I will live with them and walk among them,
and I will be their God, and they will be my people.
Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.
I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters,
says the Lord Almighty.’
[2 Corinthians 6: 14-18]
