By Frederick Blanchard
The depths of prudence is openly revealed,
With a deep searching of the heart and soul,
And showing great restraint of what is tongued,
While silently whispering a prayer for guidance.
These certainly precede all acts of love,
Revealing the manifestations of the soul,
Sharing grace and mercy, sent from above,
The strength of gentleness’s wisdom and truth.
Considering first the feelings of others,
Daily living out, the identities of Christ,
As a living sacrifice for God and our brothers,
Dressing in the purities of His robe of light.
