I cannot know what tomorrow may bring,
But I know Who will be there; Jesus, my King,
There may be trials, disappointment and pain,
But Jesus, my Savior, is ever the same.
He didn’t promise that all would be fair,
But whatever may come, He will be there,
There could be rejoicing and fullness of joy,
That, in His Presence, I’ll doubly enjoy.
If there should be problems I don’t want to face,
He’ll carry me through, as I rest in His Grace,
The knowledge that all works together for good,
Is the promise we have when we trust in the Lord.
‘We know that in everything God works for good with those who love Him,
who are called according to His purpose.’
