UNIFY (acrostic)
By Frederick Blanchard

U nderstanding the need for spiritual cohesion,

Merging of one soul into another

N ationalizing independence into the control by the Holy Spirit,

Placing all trust and hope in His care,

I ntimately bonding one life to another,

Grafting into the tree of life.

F using together as one for eternity,

Becoming one with the Lord of Hosts,

Y ielding of self in full surrender,

To the Savior, our creator in whom all truth lies.

‘I am the true vine…’
[John chapter 15]
