In Christ Alone

In Christ Alone
By W A Zamorano
~

Are the storm clouds of your life
Stirring up long forgotten anger
Are you being tossed about
Like a ship without an anchor.

Let the waves and billows roar
Let the wind and tempest rage
I know a secret hiding place
Where you’ll be alltogether safe.

In Christ alone, in Christ alone
We find shelter from the storm
Under His wings we may hide
Until the tempest will subside.

Are the many cares of your life
causing you anxiety and strife
Has fear and doubt come in
And you’ve gone back to sin.

Let the cares of this life begin
Let the devil tempt you to sin
I know a secret hiding place
Where the devil can’t come in.

In Christ alone, in Christ alone
We find shelter from the storm
Under His wings we may hide
Until the tempest will subside.

A new dawn will soon be rising
Darkness will flee from the light
No more clouds on the horizon
Only the sunlight shining bright.

Let the Spirit be your guiding light
Bring you through the darkest night
Don’t let the Word out of your sight
And everything will turn out alright.
